K.V. Gems is a labor of love and appreciative passion for precious and semi-precious gemstones. Established by Mr. Joseph Thomas Belmont and Mrs. Pirapan Belmont in 1984, their vision is now shared by more than 50 staff in what remains a family-run business. We specialize in the highest quality, unheated natural gemstones, working directly with the world's leading suppliers and buyers.

Our inventory takes in Sapphire, Ruby, and Spinel, as well as semi-precious stones. We take pride in working with the most unique, selecting inventory of unheated gemstones of every color and cut. From gems to pave, to custom jewelry designs, to one-of-a-king investment pieces, our rare gemstones are selected and cut to your desires.
Ruby
We source and sell Mozambican rubies from Gemfields of the highest quality and selection of untreated gemstones, where we purchase in rough and recut in-house.

Every gem is individually hand selected by our trusted, experienced sorters, ensuring a selection of only the cleanest, most evenly color gems.

Gemstone cutting is an art form, a science, and a passionate discipline. Our lapidary is made-up of highly skilled team of cutters who have a deep understanding of the mineral and its character. The careful planning and execution of our cutting process enhances color, clarity and shape while retaining the most weight possible.

Sorting
Sorting is an integral part of the triangle, along with cutting and sourcing.
